I had an order - perishable for delivery. DHL email scheduled at 1005 - 1030 on Saturday. Hasn't turned upwardly. This is the tertiary time of failure. Had to get refund from supplier. Tracking the parcel just stopped mid round. Still shows it is out for deliver. Awful service!

NEVER DELIVERS ON Fourth dimension OR As ADVERTISED

iii Deliveries this yr, all failed to deliver every bit advertised/promised.

Filibuster in processing from depot, every time.

Waited in on solar day of deliveries, followed the online tracking, didn't plow up.

Driver just pushed a "sorry we missed y'all" card through the door on one occasion while we were continuing in the hall, didn't knock!?

Submitted a request for complaint details to DHL, they never responded.

Poor to say the least. Items did plow up and undamaged however, time wasters.

Ordered DHL service via Parcel2Go site , parcel delivered at drop off point on April 11 (9:20am) , no pickup still past end of April 14 (Thu) . No update and commitment ...gotta miss Easter gifting for family ......very unreliable service and poor service coordination with Parcel2Go

Clearly non at the right address as I also have cctv .

Terrible service

Terrible. First said the items were also big to bring on solar day nominated as it wouldn't fit in a van! Information technology was a bed side table?!. No communication to let me know it wasn't coming. Second day delivery comes and they dump information technology on the street and say I signed for it. Terrible service, poor communication and lack accountability.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely atrocious. For two days running my parcel has been out for delivery and then, with no attempt fabricated at delivery, taken back to the depot with the driver proverb it was "out of fourth dimension". This is at present the 3rd day that it has supposedly been out for delivery. The one hour time slot I was given concluded over 2 hours ago and still I wait. I've contacted "Client Services" twice and get zippo more than that a 6 give-and-take judgement with no explanation (probably automated). So poor on all fronts.

Ordered from Italy using DHL Express side by side day, went from Turin to East Midlands in less than seven hours, unbelievably quick. However once the ineptitude of DHL United kingdom gets involved it turns out they sent the package to the incorrect commitment role (Liverpool instead of Birmingham) so now I volition receive my package subsequently Easter. The original delivery would take been while I was at piece of work, nobody would be there to take it in. I requested a pm delivery on a day I would be off. it was delivered in the morning, had he arrived 10 mins subsequently I would have been out.

Non even close with a wrong delivery

You lot would think that DHL could read a delivery label and resist the temptation to evangelize to a village four miles away with a totally different name - simply because it has a postcode which is nearly - but not absolutely - the aforementioned. But no. Recognised the door in the delivery photo from previous, similar misdeliveries past Yodel and so drove over to collect and apologise (again) to the householder there. DHL now on my list of couriers who I specify to online sellers not to use as a condition of my gild. Why should this be necessary? It tarnishes the reputation of the online seller. At least this seller was decent and refunded me the delivery accuse.

PS The response from DHL below simply cannot be true. The address on the bundle label (waybill) was our correct address WITH THE CORRECT VILLAGE AND POSTCODE, and then the assertion that it was delivered to the address supplied by the seller CANNOT Be CORRECT. DHL should look at the label! Someone had fifty-fifty written the correct postcode on information technology in biro - though at that place had been some picayune with the concluding, crucial letter.
If DHL care to place to me the proper noun of the person at the sellers who confirmed they had delivered to the right accost, I am happy to take information technology up withe the seller. If DHL refuse to do that, information technology ways I cannot check DHL's exclamation.

DHL claimed to take delivered a bundle to me (US to UK). They never came anywhere near my address on the appointment/time claimed. Appurtenances non delivered and at present information technology'due south 4 days subsequently they said they delivered.

Been told by customer care to wait 72 hours to receive a new code.
Nonetheless waiting for the code.

Non adept for business, they don't respect HMRC guidance and will send your package back

My Packet was sent back with the alibi that cutllery is non immune in the country. I spoke with HMRC and they confirmed that information technology is allowed. DhL is trying to make double coin on making me transport the parcel twice. I tried talking to them and telling that nosotros were moving some of our stuff and infant clothes, but nobody in this company seems to be helpful. I volition never ship anything with them once more and i hope that all the companies and individual reading this would non.

I went to their online live chat-the first chat attempt, I provided all the details, then got the message "I oasis't heard from you for a while so I'll pass you lot back to the Digital Assistant for now" whilst I was actively sending them the information. I tried once more-this fourth dimension, at least I managed to have a chat with someone and non go kicked out. The main effect is that there are then many reference numbers-I take a waybill number, an online reference number, club number from the online shop, a returns reference number generated by the online shop and used past DHL Express, and a collection booking reference. Its extremely difficult to determine which of these are needed for what purpose, and its an extremely complex process to organise a return, needlessly so. Then far, I took a twenty-four hour period off work to expect for a collection that never arrived, and I've spent 2 hours this morning trying to sort this out. I've finally managed to reschedule the collection, but I accept no organized religion that it will happen. I stopped shopping with this particular online retailer ages agone, and now I've remembered why I did and then. This is an appalling company to deal with as an individual-maybe they are ok with their large corporate customers, just for us petty people-no, absolutely not.
